Hi! Its Benjamin here. The one in yr literature class. i did not know you r so God loving! All is true. God is mighty and loving! Love and service to others will give u an unspeakable joy. Jesus is the way . Only way. Dunno what to say but yupp, if u dunno me, i was real bad in sec1 , but, God came in and changed me altogether. though i still so crappy la... haha! Without Jesus i'm not even mud. Even Paul changed from Saul. What else cannot be done? Absolutely nothing.

as for th living against th pleasures of th world and being materialistic, i think we all have a long way to go. hahas(: i guess we have to learn from our and others' mistakes, and learn not to repeat them. we can also learn from stories like paper and Singapore living, to see how material chase is so worthless, so we can spare wasting precious time used for God, and certain heartaches, too, having that lesson th hard way.(:

HAHA! Its benjamin again. There are indeed many things for us to learn. Try to know more people ? To make friends, 2 things to do. Forget yrself. Remember others. But still, in this materialistic world, there indeed is difficulty in calling someone a friend. Yet, we all know, we are reassured that God is a freind, a Best Friend.
Sometimes i feel that i dun really feel God? I do want to know more abt God but my actions totally contradicts myself. Split personality in that sense. And its just tough.
Well, never mind, i believe, hope, trust and love . And i believe it'll bring people far.
So lets face challenges , with God. For He cares more than any friends we hv out there. Frankly, i feel like a hypocrite. I'm supposed to be positive...opps i forgot. HAHA! I'm gonna sleep now. hey Benjamin. hahas(: you really sound like a lit student. to me, at least. hahas(: are you attending a church regularly? you should get yourself tapped to a reliable source of God's power and love. find a discipler/mentor that will guide you in your walk with God. if you already have one, that's good. spend time with him and ask him questions if you have them(which i'm sure you do). ;D
about th "it's tough" part, no-one said it was going to be easy. ;D th important thing is trusting God and leaning on Him no matter what. we can be claim Joshua 1:5 for our lives.(: oh and you're not ignorant, just new to this. ;D
how should you feel when you worship God? just focus on Him and don't be afraid to give everything to Him, good or bad. He will never get tired of waiting for you, touching your life or even hearing you talk to Him.(: if you feel like a hypocrite, find out why and submit it to God.(: frankly, i feel that way, too sometimes. don't worry if you feel negative or down. it's normal(: just keep praying. i'll pray for you too(:

yo... How's life??? Yeah, i do have lots of questions to ask... haha! Oh i dun go to church except for twice though. Haha! Dun ask me why cos i dunno too? well, commiting myself to God irregardless of my acts is one difficult thing to do. God is like a Father. So i feel a little like a let down? Nevertheless, what u said makes sense... Thanks for it... Plus with all those test results, can faint. I wanna do something i love. Not one i have to. Unfortunately, this world does not evolve in such a way. Still, I commit my bad results, my good results to God. For i know that He will take delight in my failure for only He knows that i tried. Hello... well results are not so good anymore... Dunno why but perhaps its for a purpose. And, sometimes i wanna sleep early and can't cos got stuffs to do... I can't exactly say if i'm free or not... Depending on my parents.

heyo(: it's true that God looks at clean hands, but since you have already acknowledged Him as Savior, God doesn't see your wrongs, but He sees Jesus and His purity in you.
no one is as good as they think. don't keep putting yourself down. how can you grow when you keep looking at th past? look to Jesus and run after Him. we're all learning. they say if th devil reminds you of your past, remind him of his future, which is eternal punishment. don't let him take away this opportunity God has given you, to lead a new life, and to live for Him!
everything happens for a purpose. maybe there's someone in your class who needs God's Word? keep praying and believing in God for miracles, and don't go back to th things Jesus has already paid th price on th Cross for..

i hope you are encouraged by th life of Paul. he was th one who was killing th Christians and persecuting th early Church. yet, God transformed his life so radically that he was th one to build it up instead. he was th one who was beaten, stoned, tortured and persecuted so many times for Christ, but still remained steadfast in his love for Christ. he fixed his eyes on God and never looked away. if God could use him for His work, He could use anybody.
there's a song that says, "heal my heart and make it clean, open up my eyes to th things unseen. show me how to love like You have loved me. break my heart for what breaks Yours, everything i am for Your Kingdom's cause as i walk from earth into eternity." it's my heart's cry and i hope it will be yours too. ;D
